1. My items have not been delivered, or have been delivered in bad condition or not as originally described

ComeLetsBuy provides a platform to buyers and suppliers to get together and does not sell any goods/item directly. All the merchants using our website are directly responsible to ensure any after sales enquiries are dealt according to their terms and conditions.
ComeLetsBuy is not responsible for the delivery of any items. All the contact details of our suppliers including their Terms and Conditions are available on the supplier profile as well as made available to you again before pay for any item. In case of any issues after the deal is completed, you can contact the suppliers directly. However, if you are having issues in contacting the supplier please send us an email to support@comeletsbuy.com with the subject “I’m having problems with my delivery” stating the problem in detail. Please remember to include the Lot name, Lot ID, supplier details and any other relevant details to help us in resolving any problems/issues you may have.

Remember, all our suppliers undergo strict checks by our merchant gateway partner, moneybookers and only when all the conditions are satisfied about the business, we allow our suppliers to start trading on the website. If you feel any supplier on the website is not adhering to high quality standards, feel free to write to us at sales@comeletsbuy.com . We take every complaint seriously and will not tolerate anyone breaching the trust of our buyers.

2. I’m a supplier and I would like to withdraw my offer from a Lot

According to your Terms & Conditions and contract signed with us, you are committed to keep your promise once the Lot is successful. You can request withdrawal of the offer until the stage when no buyer has joined the Lot or paid out any money. For a buyer generated Lot, if you have won a Lot, and have not withdrawn your offer prior to winning the Lot, you commits to deliver the goods as soon as all the buyers have paid.We closely monitor all Suppliers so withdrawing a offer is not a automatic process. By making an offer to supply a buyer generated Lot or creating a supplier Lot, you have expressed a commitment in selling those items, provided the Lot closes with the number of buyers specified by the supplier on the Offer Page.

In exceptional cases it is possible to withdraw an offer from a Lot that hasn’t yet closed. To do so, please send an email with the subject “I’m a supplier and I would like to withdraw my offer from a Lot“ to sales@comeletsbuy.com clearly stating your reasons in detail. Please remember to include the relevant details like the Lot name and ID along with a description/reason for your request.

*Please note that it can upto 48 hours to process your email. So any supplier would have to send an email to sales@comeletsbuy.com at least 2 working days before the closure of the Lot to ensure it is reviewed and processed correctly.

3. I’m a buyer and I would like to withdraw my request from a Lot

By joining or creating a Lot buyers are showing a commitment in purchasing the item(s) requested, provided the Lot closes at the price offered by the creator of the Lot or lower. In the event of the price ending up higher than requested, buyers will still have an option to make the purchase or not.ComeLetsBuy is a platform where we are allowing friends and families and even strangers to get together and secure best discounted deals. We want this platform to be run by you and trust people will not back out once they join a lot.

 

ComeLetsBuy believes all things that are good automatically gets shared to others since there is nothing to lose by not sharing good things. Based on this faith, we are launching the website without charging any up front fees to our buyers. The registration is free, joining a Lot is free and even when you win a lot, you do not pay any hidden costs to us or to a supplier other than what has been explicitly mentioned on the website. We have made it that simple, hoping everyone will join this journey and help spread the passion positively in their circle.

To do so, please send an email to support@comeletsbuy.com with the subject “I’m a buyer and I would like to withdraw my request from a Lot“ clearly stating the reasons in detail. Please remember to include the relevant details like the Lot name and ID along with a description/reason for your request.

4. I need to change the specifications and descriptions of a Lot I just created

Once a lot is created, it becomes public and because of that, as rule, they cannot be changed. However, it is possible to modify some specifications if such a change is being requested by majority of the participants of the lots and this change is acceptable to ComeLetsBuy.

If that’s the case, then simply send an email to support@comeletsbuy.com with the subject “I need to change the specifications and descriptions of a Lot I just created “ stating your reasons and the details of those changes. Please remember to include the Lot name, LotID, username along with a reason for your request including any specific parameters you will like to change providing as much as details as you can..

5. Payment declining and Refund

In case the minimum number of items requested has not been paid by the buyers, the supplier will have the option of accepting or declining the payments. If the payment is declined all buyers who have already made their payment will be refunded in full without charge.

When a Lot that a supplier has created or has the winning offer, closes and all the necessary items have been paid accordingly, that supplier enters a binding contract to delivery the agreed items to all buyers that have paid.

In exceptional cases it is possible to decline the payments recieved for a Lot. The supplier will have to bear the refund charges in such scenario but the buyers will be getting all the amount they have paid without any charges to their account. If you want to decline payments, please send an email to finance@comeletsbuy.com with the subject “Payment decline” clearly stating your reasons in detail. Please remember to include the Lot name and ID with your request. ComeLetsBuy will then review any Decline requests on an individual basis and confirm with the supplier no more than 48 hours after the request was made.

6. Change of Email Account

 

Once you have joined or created a Lot you’ll have the opportunity to help your Lot become successful by sharing it with yoIf for whatever reason you want to change your personal details this can be done (once logged in) from the ‘My Account’ Menu from the ComeLetsBuy website. However if the request is for a change in your ComeLetsBuy registered email address then an email must be sent to admin@Comeletsbuy.com. This email will have to state the reason for the change and also include Username, and details of the currently registered email ID. ComeLetsBuy admin will review and provide response to all such requests.

7. Close your Account

If a supplier or buyer you decide to close your account with ComeLetsBuy. Then you must contact the ComeLetsBuy admin team via email on admin@ComeLetsBuy.com.

This email will have to state the reason for your decision to help ComeLetsBuy improve its service. You may receive a call by the ComeLetsBuy admin team as to help understand & resolve any problems you have experienced and to help improve the ComeLetsBuy porta/ and service.
