1. No Upfront Fees

As a launch initiative, for the first month, there is no upfront cost for new suppliers to register and start trading on ComeLetsBuy.

We do not charge any listing fee or any other hidden costs. We work on a CPA (Costs Per Action) or PPP (Pay Per Performance) model which means that a commission (agreed in the contract) will only be charged when the product you advertise gets sold to our group of buyers.

There are two requirements to be completed before you will be allowed to trade on our website.

1. Contract T&Cs agreed between you and ComeLetsBuy: Depending on your business model (type of products or services you offer), a legal contract will be signed between ComeLetsBuy and your company.

2. Verification by Moneybookers: A FSA regulated company used for all payment processing, will need to verify you as a genuine supplier. Opening Moneybookers account is free and secure. More details are explained below.

2. Register Your Company

In order to supply or create a Lot you need to register on ComeLetsBuy.

Simply click on the Register link at the top of any page, then click on Are you a supplier ?
You will be asked to provide company details such as address, phone number, company registration number, valid email address, number of employees, website and description about your company. You also need to choose a Username, which will be used to identify your company on ComeLetsBuy.

Uploading logo and a good description of your company will enhance the users/buyers understanding your offerings as a supplier. Your company logo will also allow you to showcase and advertise your company to all who visit the ComeLetsBuy website.

After putting your information through, you’ll be asked create a Moneybookers account. This is free and easy but is a mandatory step to complete before you are allowed to trade on ComeLetsBuy website. If you already have a Moneybookers merchant account, you can use the same account.. Simply follow the onscreen instructions and allow up to 48 hours to get validated and activated. Under the FSA guidelines, Moneybookers will verify your company details and on successful checks will inform you and us. This process is to ensure that all our buyers get the confidence that every supplier on ComeLetsBuy is genuine.

Your Website/Company must provide all of the below :

• Terms and conditions

• Contact details

• Privacy / Data protection Policy

Your website should not be selling:

• Tobacco products

• Prescription drugs

• Drugs and drug paraphernalia

• Firearms or ammunition

• Weapons and knives

• Satellite and cable TV descramblers

• Pornography

• Government Ids and licences including replicas and novelty items

• Unlicensed lotteries or gambling services

• Prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards that are not associated with a particuliar merchant and are not limited to purchases or particuliar products or services

• Multi Level Marketing. Pyramid selling or ponzi schemes, matrix programmes or other “get rich quick” schemes or high yield investment programmes

• Goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party

Any further details required beyond the above documents will be requested and managed securely directly by Moneybookers.

Note, as soon as you finish your ComeLetsBuy registration, a dedicated sales manager will be assigned to your company who will help you throughout the process.

Once we have this confirmation and a signed contract in place, you will be activated to trade on ComeLetsBuy website.

3. About Payment Processing and Transaction Costs

We do not store any credit/debit card details on our website and all the processing is done directly by our external payment processing partner www.Moneybookers.com . Any payments or refunds between buyers and suppliers is managed directly by suppliers' own Moneybookers account which we do not have any direct access to your account once this is setup and activated.

In partnership with Moneybookers, we have managed to secure the best deal in respect to the transactions costs for you. We believe this is the best rate in the market currently and if you find otherwise, please write to us directly at sales@comeletsbuy.com

4. Find a Lot

All the latest Lots are displayed on ComeLetsBuy’s homepage. If you wish to look for a more specific item that you want to supply, you can enter item information either as exact details with specific model/item description that you have already shortlisted to buy e.g. "Samsung X120 Laptop" or can be more general search such as "Jamie Oliver Gadgets" or "Car park tickets" or "Electric Showers" or "iPhone chargers".

ComeLetsBuy allows multiple ways as below to help you search our website for available buyer generated Lots that you may want to Supply..

Supply: On the homepage, in the Supplier section, you can type in a item information and price (optional) that you are looking to supply.

General Search: Easy access search box is always available in the top right corner of every page on the website allowing you to do a quick search from anywhere in the website.

Advanced Search: In case you want to search for a specific type of item, you can click on Advanced Search at the top of every page. Follow the instructions to delimit your search to (Category, Price Range, Creator, Number of Joiners, Start, End Date and keywords)

If you do not find any buyer generated Lots for you to Supply, it could be because the item is not yet being requested by any other buyer. You can anyway go ahead and create a new Supplier Lot by providing the item details including your best offer price. Please see Create Supplier Lot below for more details.

5. Supply a Lot

Once you’ve found a Lot that you can make an offer to, and have verified that you will be able to meet the criteria established by the buyers, you can supply it by clicking on the Supply button.

Place your offer

In the section Supply the Lot enter the prices you are asking for your product and the number of participants needed for that offer to be valid. Your highest price must be equal or lower to the price asked by the Lot creator.

Remember that you will probably have competition for the Lot, so the lowest price you can offer, the more chances you will have to win it.

When calculating the price, make sure to calculate a minimum and maximum number of participants needed for every offer and to include VAT and delivery charges. Number of participants required for you to achieve the prices must comply a minimum range so that you can still supply even with a few dropouts from the participants.

You’ll be able to make up to three offers for the Lot, catering for a range of items you will be selling.

The winner supplier will be decided automatically according to the criteria of the Lot creator and the number of participants. If you are the winner supplier, you will receive a message from ComeLetsBuy asking you to prepare the products accordingly. You will only be asked to ship the items once all participants have confirmed the payment.

Important: Once you’ve made an offer to a Lot you enter a binding contract. To withdraw or change an offer you need to write to us at support@comeletsbuy.com, clearly stating the reasons for doing so. ComeLetsBuy reserves the right to not accept any changes or withdrawals in order to protect our customers.

6. Create Supplier Lot

Get Started From The HomePage: On ComeLetsBuy’s homepage, in the Supplier box, describe the item you are looking to supply. On clicking the Create a Lot button, you will be taken to the Lot creation page.

Enter Product details:

Our core principle is that every item available on ComeLetsBuy should be aimed to be sold at the lowest price available but still have the same quality of after sales service and warranty available anywhere else. Hence please ensure you have researched your specific item on other websites (comparison, auctions, others or even your own retail shop). This is especially important because any buyer will need to know what is the best market price available if you he has to buy it directly and what is the offer price you are providing now.

Providing as much information (reference URL, price and product details) as available will help other buyers to understand the item and join your Lot helping you to close your lot quicker. Also remember that you can interact with your buyers using the Talk a Lot feature available on the Lot page.

In the section Supplier Lot Creation enter the prices you are asking for your product and the number of participants needed for that offer to be valid. Your highest price must be equal or lower to the price asked by the Lot creator.

When calculating the price, make sure to calculate a minimum and maximum number of participants needed and to include VAT and shipping to offer you are making to the Lot. You’ll be able to make up to three offers for the Lot, catering for a range of items you will be selling.

Choose the timeline: The listing period is important in order to get the right balance between giving enough time for buyers to join your Lot and not taking too long to close, which will not satisfy the parties involved.

We advise to use a 7-day period as a minimum to allow Lots to be opened for, advertised, invite new participants and close successfully. In case you feel that the item is complex, more expensive, or harder to find, you can choose a longer timeline.

Note: Though ComeLetsBuy aims to cater for a wide variety of items, we may not have yet configured all the categories on our website. Please support us in this journey and if you find any specific item that you think you want to supply and is not available in the categories, please drop us an email at support@comeletsbuy.com with subject line "New item configuration request - Item details" and provide as much as detail in your email including proposed Category and Sub-Category and why you think this is a good item for bulk buy and sell.

Never promise a larger number of products than what you are capable of supplying.

Once you have created a Lot you’ll have the opportunity to help your Lot become successful by sharing it on the channel of your preference. Make sure you use this feature to attract more followers and buyers to the site.

7. Payments to Suppliers

Every Lot has a timeline to be completed. After the agreed time limit for Lot closure is reached and the Lot is successful (providing that it has reached all the desired & mandated criteria set by Buyers and Suppliers), the buyer/joiner will receive an email requesting confirmation and payment.

To receive payment for your products you as a supplier must have registered and secured a Moneybookers account. Please see the Register Page for more details. Once the lot ends successfully the required buyer/joiners confirm payment. This can be done by a number of methods:

1) Visa Credit/debit Card

2) Bankers Draft

3) Other payment engine

4) Moneybookers eWallet

The buyers payment reaches your account directly via secure SSL layer on Moneybookers website and can only be received by you as the supplier.

8. Refund Process

There may be instances when a supplier wants to reverse a transaction and a refund must be issued to all the buyers who have paid.

There are two instances where a refund will be issued by the supplier, facilitated by ComeLetsBuy:

· Fair ( due to some buyer/joiners backing out the minimum threshold mandated by the supplier was not reached)

· Unfair (The supplier for any number of reasons cancels the transaction even after receiving the monies due)

Due to some of the joiners/buyers backing out or not paying, the supplier is entitled to cancel the transaction – this scenario is referred to as a ‘Fair Refund’. You may still want to Accept the Lot.

If without an appropriate reason the supplier backs out from the transaction leaving the buyers/joiners who have paid without their product or service. the scenario is referred to as an ‘Unfair Refund’.

A fair refund will involve you as the supplier not receiving the required funds by the (Lot) payment closure date. Once this period is complete the supplier will be given the option to Accept or Decline this transaction. This option will be available from the ‘My Account -> Pending Lots’ page.

You as the supplier will be asked to enter any relevant detail which will help the ComeLetsBuy Support team to understand the reasons for cancelling the transaction. This will help us understand the reasons for the refund request and will help us assign the correct status on your request. This information will also help ComeLetsBuy to improve its functionality and website to improve service.

With all fair refunds ComeLetsBuy will facilitate a full refund via Moneybookers straight back to the buyers account.The supplier will NOT be charged any Moneybookers commission or any transaction cost. An email will be sent to the buyers and the supplier explaining the reasons behind the cancellation of the transaction.

The refund process is similar for " Unfair Refunds” except that ComeLetsBuy will administer and raise appropriate invoice for the costs incurred.

Any transaction PTF fees that have been incurred by the supplier from any buyers payment will be refunded back by Moneybookers directly at the end of every week.

It must be noted that from both a buyer and seller perspective the refund process will be seamless and automatic. Once the ‘Reject’ button is clicked, details and reasons entered and refund status determined. Any monies owed will be deposited into the buyer/joiners account directly.

Please note, ComeLetsBuy is not responsible for facilitating any refunds occurred after the sales completion

9. Manage your Account

After logging into the website, you can click on MyAccount to access:

Manage your Personal and Delivery Information:

The Settings section of your Account contains links for editing your User name and password, delivery address, contact details and other details.

See and Manage Lots you have supplied or created:

All your history in ComeLetsBuy is saved in your Account. You can see all the Lots you have supplied and/or created in the past as well as follow the activities on the Lots currently supplier or created by you.
